I have decided to leave CLE
I am not giving here my motivation as to why I have decided that.
Instead I refer you to my last posts and comments on this forum.

Communication is proven to be hard. I am now judging myself.
Obviously I did not succeed to give proper answers and comments.

I am not sure what else to write
Therefore I stop right now.

General Discussion / Narcissism and Christianity

Recently I read in the some posts here about narcissism. To me this is a very interesting and relevant topic. Why? Because I myself experienced in a former church what I would call narcissism. Some may say, well narcissism is self-love, vanity, putting yourself on a higher level etc. This may all be true, but it is much more than that. Narcissism is, a I have experienced it, violence, spiritual rape, antichrist. There is a lot of information about narcissism on the internet and YouTube. Narcissism is often associated with the Jezebel-spirit. I believe this is true. Though narcissism is not mentioned in the Bible (it is from Greek mythology) you could clearly mention some people who were narcissistic. Like Jezebel. There is much violent abuse in churches. As I see it, narcissism often plays a big role here. I hope this topic will help to discern the narcissistic / Jezebel spirit. God bless, Joop

Hello, I am Joop. I am from The Netherlands. I am 61 years old, married, living in Almere, near Amsterdam. My story is quit a history. I am a born again Christian since a long time. I was raised a R. Catholic, I always believed Jesus is the True and Only Way. When a was about 20 years old I left the Roman Catholic Church, which was a good decision. However I joined a Pentacostal (Full Gospel) Church, which was, as I see clearly now, a bad thing to do. I cannot really pinpoint a particular day I was born again. True repentance was hardly ever taught, at least not in the Catholic Church. Three years ago I left (had to leave) the pentacostal church I was in. I was in a Rafa
