Title: Street Preacher Arrested in Arizona

Here is a street preacher that was falsely arrested recently.
I know this guy, GabeTheStreetPreacher, preaches a lot of false doctrine, nonetheless he has committed no crime as near as I can tell.
The arrest takes place about the ten minute point in the video.

I guess I just don't know the situation or the ordinances of where he was at to know if he was in the right or not.
