That even today we have the British and American spelling of a lot of words puts the whole spelling and the Bible discussion to a complete end. 

Unless there is someone out there who would like to try and stir up some worthless strife about why we have differing British and American spellings.

I think that the alphabet they used for KJV 1611 did not have a j.

In Genesis chapter 10 at the beginning is written Iaphet in the modern font, but it looks like Japhet in the old font here https://archive.org/details/KJV1611/page/n84.

In Genesis 7:13 the first character of Iapheth is the same as the first character of In: https://archive.org/details/KJV1611/page/n81

Actually, even in Chapter 10 the first character of the name is the same as the I in the previous chapter and those in Chapter 7 and they all look like the 'J' according to the Microsoft Old English Text font. I haven't found anywhere in that Bible yet where it looks like an 'I' in that MS font. Also notice the chapter numbers at the top, where is says 'Chap.vij.viij.'

I at one point collected old books so i have seen from the 1500 and upwards. but in all truth, it really don't matter. anyone who study the bible can find how different parts of bible talking on same subject regardless of spelling. sometimes i feel like i wasted time on going threw bible on spelling but again i did make like maybe 2 discovery in scripture. this is a topic for just something interesting rather then teaching on the bible itself. and now thinking about it, it may do more harm to new Christians then good. it could get them off of the gospel of Christ. i think for now on i will no longer talk about it unless it comes up. i feel like i just wasted your guys time so i am sorry for that.
