I subscribe to a newsletter from GreenMedInfo.com and today I got an email referencing an extensive article on tetanus, the history of the vaccine (as well as its effectiveness or lack thereof) and alternate methods of healing or prevention. It's quite long, but well worth the read, especially if you have concerns about the disease.
