501.c3 Equivalent Worldwide

Hi everyone,

I know there's the extensive book and audio on here but from everyone around the world could you say (if you know) what your country's equivalent of the 501.c3 tax exemption contract is in your country? I've tried looking it up in Australia and all I've come across so far is I think a QC16641, it's only a 3 page form, but almost guaranteed there's a volume worth of fine print somewhere, always is with government organisations.
